Plenty of Runway

Hold on to your headdresses, kids...we just ran across terminology that popped up by the trump regime...that had me scratching me head...when they were referring to the OIL situation from the Middle East...and the lack of movement of the tankers through the Strait of Hormuz...this gem came out 'There's Plenty of Runway'...say what?...who, where, and why, did this come up?...couldn't possibly have come from the mouth of the poopah...what does it mean?...

It is this...'having an ample amount of time, space, or resources to execute a goal, complete a project, or recover from an error'...in essence, there is an ample amount of time, before this Strait shutdown...that the cash flow ceases, and OR, it achieves profitability...yes...it was a term used to do what this administration does best...fog up any issue...coverup...whatever they can...confuse the American public...

Hmmm, is that why the petrol prices continue to rise?...so, who does this 'runway' apply to?...must be to his rich fat cats, who get fatter due to his decisions...and his family...who are reaping billions of bucks while he is squatting in the Gold House...you TRUST him?...

All the while...as trump ponders the resolution given forth by Iran...his military did some strikes on Iran...guess to show that they are still in the region... of course, Iran retaliated...some truce, right?...right, and the trump's strikes were named 'defensive'...that way, he can avoid the Congress approval of moving forward...

Just finished an absolute stunning novel...'Judge Stone' by James Patterson and Viola Davis...one of those, I couldn't put down...about abortion...and the south...like southeast...won't tell you more...get it...man, I can see it as a great movie...a shocker...maybe, mmmm, it might be too brutal...trust the Horse...

Watched the never ending Oregon/OSU playoff beisbol game last eve...it lasted forever...the number of stops and team meetings, beyond belief...there was one time, where the P threw over to 1B, like 6 straight times...Ducks won, but the viewing audience lost...do what MLB does...pitch clock, plus other time saving measures...it is grueling...

For the topic of series watching...'Widow's Bay'...'Your Friend's Neighbor'...both Apple...and 'Legends' which is on Netflix...and of course, 'Farmer Wants (and needs) a Wife'...FOX...BTW, the American version, after 3 seasons, they have yet to stay hitched...if they get that far...the moral of the story?...farm life is tough...you do recall, that Bro Jim, drove a tractor...bailed hay...milked cows...

No heads rolling as of this morning in the Friar's Franchise...inevitable...got whupped by the lowly Nats...now, on to Philly...egads...as Batman would show BOOM, BAM, SPLAT...we may need to wear hard hats in the field...perhaps, football helmets...

Who do YOU believe?...first of all, trump did graduate from college...and he says he was '1st in his class'...the records show he was 364 out of 366...wow, there is some big time discrepancy there...wonder who is right?...

The passing of my mentor when I student taught...Gloria Martin...she was a terrific role model for my teaching days...so sad, as so many of me fellow teachers have passed on...all became such good friends...the thing about teaching...you are amigos for life...
