Election Results


Good morning, kids...we have some results of the California election...the two that are grabbing much of the country's attention...the Governor race and the LA Mayor one...BOTH are not decided yet...but, in the Guv race it strongly appears that the 2 which will be in the Mid-Terms is the (R) Hilton @27.8% and (D) Becerra @25.4%...3rd and out is (D) Steyer @19.6%...of course the race was between the 2 Demos, to see which one would get in...trump endorsed Hilton and he still did well...

In the LA Mayor race...the incumbent Karen Bass leads in that one...the interesting 2nd contestant is either the influencer Spencer Pratt and the late added Ronan...Pratt is the clear 2nd place finisher...and will get to the Mid-Terms vs Bass...how about that?...

Just added...trump has NOT BEEN SEEN in public for 7 days...RUMORS have begun...STAY TUNED!...

The force of influencers...really is a big deal anymore...not only in what you wear, but how to think...I am guessing how to make money, too...look at the KFam...who I thought was a joke...not laughing anymore...as they are making billions of bucks...altering their bodies and flaunting what they have...AND PROFITING from that...weird world we have here...

'You're FIRED!'...as that is what Scott Pelley got from CBS and Bari Weiss...he had the balls to stand up to the new 'conservative' forced direction of that news portion of the station...even to the point of using their new leaders way...the trump influence...so now, the poopah has FOX and CBS...be careful what you see from CBS now, as it will be slanted...your option?...turn the channel...

The autograph...what you must have as an influencer, politician, star, singer, sports dude and dudette...and teacher!...what?...yes, it was very important...why?...when we filled out the bloody destination slips!...my impossible to copy one...PAJS...was an immensely sloppy piece of art...

Tonight begins the NBA Finals...as the Spurs host the Knicks...who ya got?...if I were in Vegas, I'd bet 200 quid on the Knickerbockers...but am not...and probably not going there for a good long while...

Cosmo is calling...and we are heading to Temecula for a RV stay...and tix to the LeAnn Rimes concert...bad seats, but it was all I could get...80* temp there, too...'they' are redoing the pool at the site...but vow to have it up and running on Saturday...fingers crossed that is true...

It has happened...I used to like to watch the WNBA...but, it too, has gone into the Twilight Zone...flops, no O...bad actors...too bad, as it was on the right track...

Saw this drill in hoops...not sure where...but it was a rubber band...that connected all 5 players...and it simulated the shell drill...guess this is technology...but, you could do the same thing...by doing what I did...move the ball and the players...and coaching them...move your feet...

Today there is no golf...drats...the courses are closed for a T...so, I am taking the Beetle to get the bloody SMOG check...

Anything about the lady missing in Tucson?...been like half a year, right?...

The Friars still in Philly...don't ask...

The passing of one of the greats...Rick Adelman...a star for the Blazers back when...they were good...and he got them good again, when he came back to coach...I worked one of his camps...that he, Geoff Petrie and Larry Steele ran...the best part?...at lunch time, the stories they had about the Blazers...all 3 of them, CLASS ACTS!...Rick was 79...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
