These unsettling times, living through the trump regime...as he baffles reality...and uses this fine American Military...for his personal gains...his very own notoriety...he so wants his moniker everywhere...his mug on buildings...his name, there, too...wants it on mountains...on paper money...on passports...on an arch...on a grand ballroom...on lakes...on Straits...wherever...anywhere...

The 60 day unsanctioned trump WAR...he is trying to get the days elongated, as he is claiming that there was no WAR during the 'ceasefire'...oh my...must mean...that he is not confident that Congress will OK any continuance...so today, he said that 'the hostilities are over'...sure...

How's your petrol price?...it is a joke...believe me, kids...having traveled up and down the west coast of Cali...we saw HUGE numbers...depending on the station...lord...

Hostilities?...my guess is that he will start another...without any Congressional vote...in his less than 60 day mode...vs Cuba...here we go again...order the generals and admirals to attack...much to their chagrin...they are prepared for battle....that's for sure...but, unwarranted ones?...lives?...pawns, to the poopah...'fight for me'...

More gas problems...Spirit Airlines has shuttered...flat out done...stranding flyers everywhere...so to scramble to find another carrier...what a mess, trump...or better yet, what a mess trump is...

Speaking of messes...this rookie Mgr of the Friars...sits 3 of his best...in his rookie mistake of using only right handed batters...at the mercy of quality players...rookie error...and the Pads got lambasted...to a lowly White Sox team...at Petco, mind you...booooooooooo...well, the Bums lost, too...so...

The Lakers move on...as they whupped the KD less Rockets...man, that Houston lineup is bad...have already told you about it...how on earth they got in the playoffs, is beyond me...

So this Cosmo trip of ours, was cut one day short...11 days...as we settled in at our last camp site...but, was notified that there was a coyote on the loose in the grounds...and there also were loads of rattlers...BE VERY CAREFUL!...checked the iPhone and voila, NO SERVICE!...enough for us to say, ADIOS!...we hit the road again...to get home...then, the traffic hit...BAD!...just out of Oceanside on Hwy 5...crashes and well, stop and go...and stop...the Horse drove 9 HOURS yesterday!...way past my pay grade...of 4 max...got home and we CRASHED!...watched the early debacle of the Friars and hit the hay...

Today is the Kentucky Derby...very much like the Masters in golf...this is the crown jewel for hoss racing...THE RACE to win...any of these fine animals can get the W...really...I have 2 in mind...Chief Wallabee and Commandment...listen, you could blindly toss your scratch on the longest shot on the board, and be just as lucky as my picks...or have the same chances...really...

It's nice to sleep in our very cozy, home bed...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
