How tough is this dog, Lucille McGillicutty...?...she had her next round of shots and stuff...as what happens to 'RESCUE' dogs...spaying, nails clipped, rabies vaccine, micro chip installed (?), and six different drugs to calm her down...BTW, just a terrific Vet...in the Anaheim area...we are so lucky to have such a dog, and great help....you can just imagine how Boss is on pins and needles...NOW, the aftermath...recovery and back to her norm...it's been about 21 hours...finally appearing to come out...

One more day here...and I shall tell ya...we have NOT et well...nuts, peanuts, and drinks...have been the staple...no kidding...good chance at Simmyz today...or, the outstanding Bar B Q spot, across the hwy...the best ribs in the World...World?...well, Cali for sure...then back up to Carp...and see the kids...yes, the good Doc Cris is on the mend, too...

The Friars rallied late again...won the series in Colorado...as the Boyz finally hit the rock...as the pitching waned, the bats came alive...whatever it takes, kids...now, get this...flying to Mexico City for a 2 game set with the DBacks...not a fan of the move...takes $ away from the home team...oh yea, the Bums won too...we are still tied...at the top...

The NFL draft...I only care about where the Ducks go...TE Sadiq was chosen by the Jets...they had 3 picks in the 1st round...might they be on the rise?...hope so...

LA is simply never ending...passed through much of it (some of it) yesterday...again...saw some awesome parks...beautiful vegetation....loads of very nice homes...neighborhoods...it's more than Beverly Hills... and there are millions of people on the highways...if you think your hood is busy, guess again...and this...1/2 of the gents (1/5 gals) wear them bloody blue LA caps...

A soldier made $400 grand on some site...as he was part of the capture of Venezuelan Prez Maduro...he knew...and now, he has been arrested...for the bet....trump says he will look into it..."the whole thing is turning into a casino"...ah right, just ask your sons, poopah...especially the tall one...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
