Seems like this is the center of the universe right now...the action in the Strait of Hormuz...open or closed?...totally is dependent on what the trump regime and Iran settle on...if they can...I'm telling you nothing that you don't already know...which is what I have been saying for a while...a long while...

Each watching each other like hawks...planting of mines?...capturing oil tankers...blocking entry and exit..who is firing at whom?...who?...I dunno...most of my 24 sources are drawing a blank...as to what to write about...all the while, the price of OIL skyrockets...and you can see it at the gas station...the petrol numbers are outta control...again, I am telling you nothing that you don't already know...those hybrid rigs are looking more and more attractive, right?...

OK then...to break the silence...trump has ORDERED his military to 'shoot to kill' any boat trying to lay mines in the Strait...he just has to try to show his power...big talking poopah...

The Friars and the Bums, tied at the top of the west...both had struggles yesterday....and LOST...back at again, today...HIT THE ROCK!...easier said than done (The Essex)...

One of the reasons for this trip...Lucy gets a Doc visit...it is today...as we traversed all across LA to get to the RV spot yesterday...5 freeways crossed?...wait, it was 6...loads of people going somewhere...anywhere...maybe it was 7....lots of 'em, that is all I know...which lane to get in?...it was a success, as nobody flipped me off, nor did I...

The NFL draft is soon...and judging by the number of players that are 'expected' to be chosen...the lack of Duck guys...must indicate that the coaching at Oregon is truly amazing...winning with 'lesser' athletes...rather than all the nonsensical 'combines', just ask the college coaches who was terrifying for them to coach against...they know...

I am not tuned in to the NBA playoffs...much...as the rich and spoiled act out...and nobody runs any O...at least in the playoffs, they 'try' to play D...how any owner, who owns the tinkertoys, can blame a 'coach' for not winning...is downright goofy...hey, the new owner of PDX, the rumor is that he is going to move them from the PNW...you heard this?...that would devastate that area...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
