Shelter in Place

A Mexican Cartel leader was killed...and the country was on alert...for retribution...and it started in one of the 'destination spots' for Mexico...Puerta Vallarta...PV, often called...the cartel did fight back...starting fires and putting all Americans there, in danger...alleged assaults...the word out was 'SHELTER IN PLACE!'...more rumors, that there was unrest in 19 Mexican states...ie, the city of Tijuana...which now ALWAYS is a no go...so close to us, San Diego...

Third world?...a common phrase for those less blessed with money...education...and lifestyle...does this apply to Mexico?...why then vacay there?...like Cancun, Cabo?...think about a Mexican...in dire straits in their own country...try to get to the USA...and are in constant danger of being captured by the ICEtapo...where to go, what to do?...

Travel?...there was mass confusion on the TSA Pre-check status...the workers at the SD airport, reported to duty and did their job...other airports, not so much...FF Noem, failed again...and later in the day, she backed off, and relented...the program stays...what a mess...as per usual from this regime...

I am not a Winter Olympics follower...but, did see that both USA hockey teams won gold...women and men...terrific...did see that, that the celebration included the one and only KK...Krazy Kash...flew special for the game...I guess that is note worthy...

Jacob Bridgeman did win the PGA Tour at Riviera...he was leaking oil, and needed a 3 foot knee knocker to get the W...his first win on tour...that T, has a bunch of 1st time winners, right?...good thing he had a 6 shot lead...needed every one of 'em...

Boston Celtics/Los Angeles Lakers...a match for years, that draws so much interest...let the Horse tell you, in a pro sport, with very little coaching...the Celt's guy does...severely undermanned, with their best player still out...handled the LaLa group, easily...the Lakers resort to a 2-3 zone lots...to rest Luka and LeBron on D...they don't play D...here's the thing, they could...but don't...

I bad mouthed PDX about losing by 54, and gave up 157 points!...and they came back and held the Suns to 77!...that was in Phx, even....in the Blazer win...NBA, no clue...D improved 80?...

Are you on the seat of your pants, er, dress, or shorts, whatever...anticipating the trump 'State of the Union' address?...right, me neither...will not watch the debacle...as the Knickerbockers sang 'Lies!'...

So, the cats started a flick...'Tender Mercies'...Robert Duvall, who recently passed on...the movie was released in '83...man, there are so many flicks we missed over the years...this is one of them...must have past it by, at the Blockbuster...

The very sad tale of the Guthrie lady...now 3 weeks missing?...it's a mystery that is not good...hope I am wrong, but...
