Hello '26

Well that was a bit of a fuss, now wasn't it...yes, I stayed up until about 8:55...just couldn't make it to the 9 time, the east coast ball dropping hour...this ol boy just ain't what he used to be...their midnight...did see some of the CNN's 2 boy silly act...and yes, the Dick Clark imposter on another channel...and did NOT see any of the upset of the BSCFP games of games...Mario Cristobal's Miami, knocking off the returning champ, Ohio St...wowser...he does bring in power football to wherever he is...did that at Oregon, too...

Here, in Diego...the rains have hit...and you foreigners, trying to escape your weather, well, it's here, too...sorry...'we need it'...lordy...buckle down, it is to be here a few more days...

A sidelight...when we moved down here, a couple of decades ago...I gave away all my warm coats and rain gear...in the move...ha ha...

Of course, the topper of all...today is at 9 am...the Ducks take on Texas Tech...in Miami...oooeee, it's a beaut...rain there, too?...maybe...UO fav by 2 1/2 and the over/under is 52 1/2...if you are a betting person...

Odd sequence at the end of a NBA game...pitting the Knicks and Spurs...where San Antonio was favored by 2 1/2...and NY missed a 3 ball to be down by 5...and thus, the bettors who had the Spurs, won...but, NY stole the ball from a player who was letting the clock run out...and threw up a 3 at the buzzer...it went in...and all the players just stopped and looked at one another...like THEY knew the spread...so the peops who wagered on the Knicks won...even tho,  they lost the game...the point spread...egads, what is this game coming to?...$$$$$$....

We watched Martin Scorsese's 'The Wolf of Wall Street'...Leo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Margot Robbie...the leads...wooah...had no idear...2013...it's not for the timid...guess it is based on a real thang...egads, JJ, this better not be you, too...

Not sure why, but my numbers almost reached 1,700 yesterday...thanks for reading...figure not too many of them, were magas...right?...maybe, I am wrong...

This is the time, that many people do the 'cleaning up' thing...resolutions...ah, me?...revolution, more like it...we did take down all the Xmas stuff yesterday...already miss it...the color of the condo this year?...red and black...down goes the orange...ah, really, I hope that is true...hmmm, there is one thing I'd love to clean up...my driver...golf...

One thing we do, while eating dindin...have music on...and I play many different musicians...singers...let me tell, you...just happened on the 'Best of the Carpenters'...must say, Karen Carpenter was in a league of her own...simply fantastic...beautiful...mesmerizing...find it...listen to it...enjoy...you can thank me later...

Over the years, there is this show that many many people watch...like Survivor...but, this cast hardly changes...'The Housewives of Wherever'...and the thing is...most of them, are not housewives at all...some were, and I do mean 'were'...now, they are stretched, pulled, botoxed, redone, and wigged out....and don't get me wrong...but, I can't imagine anyone even wanting to match up with ANY of THEM!...well, one would, Slade...

I just read this back, kids...so very much like a Seinfeld episode...something about nothing...
