All Quiet on the Eastern Front

The Battle for the release of the Epstein Files...which was going to be close...first in the House...and looked like a V for the Demos...as more and more Repubs agreed...that the Files should be opened...then, the grand poopah, full knowingly that he was defeated...made a grand declaration to 'his' Repub pawns...'Vote to Open'...to say he did that reluctantly, is an UNDERSTATEMENT!...as he has been battling the release for months...to put in other words, he did not want to look like a loser...LOL...

427-1 in the House...BOOM!...off to the Senate, who passed it UNANIMOUSLY!!!...was there help from orange's proclamation?...probably...but, there were at least 8 Repub Senators already going to vote for it...whatever, and now it is on the desk of trump...to sign with his scribble and become into law....

And now, my good friends...what will be next?...he threw a wrench into the system, using the 'ongoing investigation into the Demos involvement' thing...a ploy just a few days back...fully knowing the Bill would pass...AND....are the redactions done?...just what may he release?...

The TRUST in him has lowered to 36-39%, depending on the poll...my guess it is much lower than that...there are so few people defending the bloke...anywhere...

I think he is cooked...whether he hides the Files, redacted or not...as if he does, he shall be implicated and embarrassed...and if he delays the release, he will be in essence admitting guilt....why else would he not unveil them?...so, yes, we are in a waiting game...as his mini-mind is working overtime... 'what can I do to get out of this?'...

Thus far, this am, it is 'All quiet on the eastern front'....

Another oops moment for trump...when queried about money from Epstein...he responded that Epstein gave money to the Demos, none to him...wait, how do you know that?...unless you are scouring the Files...and another, I thought you said that you barely knew him...the videos show that is nonsense...whatever, he lies lies lies...duh...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
